Dr Marion Ntsako Nkanyane obtained her MBBCh from the University of Witwatersrand in 2011.
She completed a two-year internship at the Klerksdorp-Tshepong Hospital complex before moving to Leratong Hospital, where she completed a year of community service in obstetrics and gynaecology.
During this time, Dr Marion Ntsako Nkanyane realised her passion for women's health and decided to pursue a career in obstetrics and gynaecology, securing a position as a Medical Officer at Leratong Hospital in 2015.
In 2017, Dr Marion Ntsako Nkanyane enrolled in the University of Pretoria to obtain her MMed in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She became a Fellow of the Colleges of Medicine South Africa during her studies.
After graduating in 2021, Dr Marion Ntsako Nkanyane returned to Leratong Hospital, where she has been practising as a specialist obstetrician and gynaecologist.
